About Dr. Klaus-Peter Pfeiffer

I am a consultant & trainer and an expert in diversity & inclusion with decades of experience in working with managers and people with disabilities alike. 
However, my commitment to inclusion goes far beyond the professional sphere - it is a matter close to my heart, based on my own experience with my visual impairment. I know first-hand what it's like to overcome barriers and break personal boundaries in order to lead a meaningful life and be successful at work - even if no one thought I could. This formative experience has taught me that inclusion is not an abstract concept, but can be a lived reality that enriches everyone involved. 
My work is characterized by empathy, solution orientation and proven results. I am convinced that every person has unique abilities and that it is our task to create a framework in which this potential can fully develop. 
For me, inclusion is the key to a better, more fulfilling working world and society.
